Using a state of-the-art light system
we are able to dramatically lighten most teeth in about an hour. Some
people have difficult teeth to lighten. For these we first do Britesmile,
then have the patient continue at home until whitening is complete.
When someone is interested in whitening, Dr. Kaggen first does a
complementary consultation, because not everyone has teeth which will
lighten. We also have brand new take home system which uses strips which
are more comfortable than bleaching trays. This is an alternative to in
office bleaching. Some teeth are badly stained due to tetracycline
antibiotic use as a child. These are best treated by porcelain veneers.
Some teeth are already light and have a transparent look, which will
not lighten further. For many people, whitening or bleaching is all that
